Usability Tests are projects that assess a sites functionality. The point is to analyze a websites ease or difficulty for a user to operate or navigate whatever is being tested. This project required performing actual usability tests with real people by showing them a website and giving them objectives to achieve. Notes are recorded on their thoughts and processes, and the results of the test are analyzed to better understand how to make the website easier to navigate. User centered design and understanding specific audiences is a very important aspect of this project. Learning about how people process and work through a website provides a great look at how users understand web based information.
